If the inmate is building his/her stamp collection, they can get a haircut as often as they like.
There’s usually a barber in every pod (location) and the barber charges his/her fellow inmates stamps.
Otherwise the prison allows each inmate 1 cut per month..

You can have braids done while locked up but may have to go through that process again especially the thicker the braid.
